Bob's has over 700 parts available for the repair of your instrument. Many parts such as braces, screws, and springs come from the major manufacturers such as Conn-Selmer, Yamaha, and Getzen.

Bob's uses pads from the Lucien company. These are fine woven pads that players demand. Sax pads are ordered with no resonator. The player can choose which resonator they prefer and it's installed separately during the padding process.

Straubinger pads are unique. Created by David Straubinger of Straubinger Flutes, they are a very precise fitting pad. For this pad to work, the tonehole of a flute must be extremely flat. The pad is thin and firm providing a featherlight touch that must be played to appreciate. Many professional players play on Straubinger pads.
